Smipack S560NA Demonstration with Hamburger Bands

Today, Neosys Vietloi would like to introduce to our customers the Smipack S560NA shrink wrapper in food packaging, namely hamburger wrapping.

The operator simply inserts the hamburger grist into the film, gently pressing the pedal or the Start button, the cover of the built-in electromagnet will quickly closed and seal the shrink film. With modern technology, the food after the Smipack S560NA film is wrapped beautifully, and do not damage as well as prevent from unsafe food safety before sending the consumers.

Smipack S560NA shrink wrapper is a superior product with the function of sealing and shrinking in one operation. The Smipack S560NA shrink wrapper is equipped with PTFE-coated sealing blade and closed-circuit liquid cooling of the sealing bars. So, the product can quickly be sealed in seconds. In addition, the Smipack S560NA has a quick adjustment of the packaging plate height by means of an external crank, mobile product-holding plate, loose from the film reel support to allow a better adjustment of the film to the pack size. The electromagnet cover with self-closing mechanism and Flextron control system make the Smipack S560NA different from other conventional machines in the market.

Next, the LCD display is set to display clearly and allows a simple and precise control of all the machine operations, such as machine status, number of packs produced by an electronic pack counter, real-time production, adjustment of the sealing temperature, adjustment of the shrinking delay, adjustment of the shrinking time and solving problem during production. All of these adjustments are easy with just a few settings on the machine. Smipack S560NA uses PVC, POF films up to 30 microns (0.03m) with environmentally friendly, compliance with CE regulations, which significantly reduces power consumption.
